Bringing God's grace and healing love
to people with life-disrupting problems

Our Main Projects
The Projects
At present, our work is mainly concentrated in the following
areas.
- The first point of contact for most people is the Wild Goose coffee shop, where
people can come in off the street, receive a hot meal and drink,
and find someone to talk with.
- The LITE
Course is a training programme designed to
help the long term unemployed gain the practical skills, habits
and attitudes which they will need in order to gain - and keep -
employment.
- Our Christian Activities
take various forms as we seek to offer something which is
distinctively Christian while still being completely accessible
to people of other faiths or none.
- The Ladies' Night
Shelter is the latest project. It currently provides
a sace place overnight for ladies on two nights each week.
- The Foodbank
provides food to people who have
somewhere to live but are still struggling to make ends meet.
- Training has been one of our
core activities for a long time. Most of our 'front-line' work
is done by volunteers, so it is even more important that we do
our best to ensure that all the volunteers are trained and
supported as fully as possible.
