Job Opportunity: Cook/Chef at the Wild Goose

The Wild Goose drop-in centre is hiring a paid chef. If you've worked in catering but are looking for something a bit different, this could be an ideal opportunity. Esepecially if you're passionate about making a difference.

With a heart to serve people with your culinary skills, you'll be making food for some of the most vulnerable people in Bristol. You'll also help with serving food when necessary, along with running a busy and safe kitchen. But you won't be on your own – we've got a team of dedicated volunteers who are there to help you.

The Wild Goose drop-in is the longest standing project of Crisis Centre Ministries. Through it, we serve a wide cross-section of Bristol’s homeless community, as well as those who are housed but living in poverty. Alongside providing food, we have an Engagement team that works with our guests to support them out of poverty and homelessness.

As Wild Goose Cook/Chef, you'll be reporting in to Andy, our Deputy Manager for Provision.
